Legal Counsels in Kraków, Doctor of Laws, a graduate of the law faculty at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, as well as a graduate of doctoral studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, specializes in civil law and private banking law, she represents Clients of the Legal Office in numerous court proceedings.

When I was seven years old I wanted to be a translator – I just started learing English which became my great passion for many years. When I was fourteen I dreamt about being a radio journalist, I even „worked for” a school broadcasting station. However, later I decided to become a lawyer – it was an idea that appeared out of the blue, as I really knew nothing about the lawyer’s job. When I started my first lawyer’s work in the legal office I was surprised that as a lawyer I had to spend so much time at the computer, files, and books. I needed to be in motion! Good fortune sent me to Mainz where I was preparing a doctoral thesis about insurance contract in Polish and German law. Thanks to my doctoral studies and my over a two-year stay in Germany I could again practise a foreign language, this time German.

After I became a legal counsel (2009) the court room became my second home, which offers a great diversion from any routine. I represent Clients in front of Polish courts of any kind, including the Polish Highest Court and the Polish Supreme Administrative Court. I act as a proxy of one of the Polish banks in cases connected with its treasury transactions. I also work with Clients from abroad, helping them in debt collection against Polish debtors, in their business activity in Poland, as well as in solving complicated cross-border cases in inheritance law.
