Legal Counsel Trainee / Personal Injury Team / BFP Law Firm
In 2014, during my law studies, I decided to become a member of the Scientific Circle of Medical Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Thanks to numerous meetings with experts, such as lawyers, doctors and pharmacists, I was able to greatly develop my interest and expand my knowledge in the field of medical law.
My goal is to become a specialist on patient rights and personal injury cases. Thus far my dedication allowed me to become the head of the aforementioned Scientific Circle of Medical Law. Thanks to that I was able to immerse myself more deeply in medical law, as well as to get in touch with figures prominent in the field.
In 2015 I began my first internship at the Office of the Patient Rights Ombudsman in Warsaw. In October 2015 I became a member of the BFP Personal Injury Team. Since then I am constantly expanding my knowledge and gaining more experience, in particular in regard to medical negligence cases. Dealing with those cases has taught me that practice is often a far cry from theory, which makes it even more of a challenge to properly apply the law. This does not discourage me, though – I think that complicated cases make this work that much more interesting.
