Legal Counsel / Senior Associate / Personal Injury Team / BFP Law Firm

graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2011. Passed the national legal counsel trainee examination in 2012. In the years 2013 – 2015 successfully completed the legal counsel apprenticeship in the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków. In 2016 passed the national legal counsel examination [bar exam].

I joined the BFP Law Firm in August 2012, just after the European Championships in football, which Poland was the co-organizer of. I have mentioned these Championships deliberately, because being a professional sportsman was one of my very first dreams. Of course, I also wanted to be a policeman and – if I recall correctly – a firefighter and a doctor. I even had something like a doctor’s gown and a surgical mask during preschool. I also considered sports journalism.

Law appeared in my life quite late, around when I was graduating from high school, but it did not appear out of nowhere. Ever since I can remember, I was interested in public affairs – in the broad sense of the term, that is – the politics and the economy.

During my studies, I was a member of the administrative law section of the Student Legal Clinic.

In BFP I deal with matters relating to business transactions and insurance law – including those related to damage to property and personal injuries arising from traffic accidents, also in an international context.

I am also interested in cases related to the world of sports, including, but not limited to, liability for damages, and I look forward to handling more of such cases in the future. My plan is to write about these matters on the blog.

In my free time I do a lot of sports, especially football and running. I am also interested in environmental protection.
